Basic Obedience Training

Intermediate Obedience Training
A Basic Obedience class is a pre-requisite for this class. Working commands with a 20′ line, adding distractions and extending time to the following:
- 1 Minute Sit/Stay
- 3 Minute Down/Stay
- Stand/Stay
- Come Front/Finish
- Reverse About Turn
- Leave It
- Heel (Left & Right)
- Down in Motion
- Place (Off Leash)
- Up & Under
Advanced Obedience/Social Interaction Training

AKC Training
AKC Training involves the following separate training programs:
- AKC Star Puppy Program is designed to help communication between owners and their pups by socializing and training their puppy through organized, sanctioned, six week basic training classes.
- AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) is a 10 step program designed to recognize dogs who have good manners at home and in the community.
- AKC Community Canine (CGCA) is designed to test the dog’s skills in a real world natural setting.
- AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU) demonstrates the Canine Good Citizen skills in an urban (city) setting.
